We really enjoyed rooms on the upper floors. The hotel had a stunning location near Central Business District.

The rooms are stylish and equipped with modern amenities like iPads and Bose sound systems. I loved having Netflix and Apple TV at my fingertips. The marble bathroom with frosted glass doors was a stunning feature. I could even say hi to my bunkmate while relaxing in the deep tub. The spacious penthouse loft was a treat, especially with the huge 70-inch flat-screen TV and unlimited Netflix. It was perfect for staying indoors and unwinding after a busy day.

Personally, I found the touch-screen room controls a bit confusing. But, I understand that others may appreciate the convenience it offers.

This place is special, with really helpful staff and a cool main bar. The restaurant here serves up some tasty dishes that are downright delicious! 😋

Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Sydney. The room itself was absolutely FANTASTIC and the hotel was fairly clean. The staff was kind and obliging. I stayed in the room that was kept v clean and available with lovely decor. The gourmet restaurant was great, fantastic service.

Perfect spot for swooning, welcome sparkling wine, feels cooler instantly. Dining options = food fantasies come true. À la carte menu = burst of flavor. Bar Totti's = Italian yum. Breakfast in The Garden = incredible setting. Establishment = ridiculously good looking. Ivy bar and Gin Garden = creative cocktails. Morris and Sons = speakeasy glamour.

Oh, so perfect, nothing to dislike. A flawless experience.

Really enjoyed our rooms on the upper floors. Location: the hotel was close enough to Mr Wongs restaurant which is part of the complex, excellent bar, and shops. It also was in the center of Sydney.

We had a fantastic time at this hip and trendy CBD hotel. Stayed for a week and enjoyed the free wifi and great on-site restaurants and bars. The staff was energetic, polite, and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Circular Quay, and the attention to detail, like the nightly sleep time tea and chocolates, was a nice touch. The rooms were chic, with a definite 5-star quality, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms are very well equipped and stylish. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and other main Sydney sights. Lively entertainment, used by local businessmen/women after work.

Some rooms have thin walls and do not provide good noise insulation.

Staff were fantastic, walking us to our room. Room was lovely also and the price very good value.

Great location, spacious and spotless rooms with fabulous amenities and toiletries. Exceptional customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful dining options nearby, including Mr Wong and Kid Kyoto. The best shower I've ever had.

Excellent design hotel, very friendly staff, amazing restaurant!

A slightly difficult to find it for the newcomers as the entrance is not visible from the main street. The taxi driver drop us off in front of the restaurant entrance which was closed at that time (11.30pm) and we must have found our way around the corner. A proper navigation signs would be appreciated.

As a budget traveler, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The concierge staff immediately addressed our concerns about noisy neighbors and moved us to a quieter room. The room service from Mr Wong was exceptional, and the shower in the room was the best I've ever had. The location of the hotel in a cool part of the city was a bonus, and the surrounding restaurants were exceptional, with Kid Kyoto across the street being a must-visit. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a gorgeous view and thoughtful touches such as "Sleep Well" tea bags and cookies. It truly made for a romantic and intimate stay.

Felt right at home here, nothing to complain about.
